
Mrs. Aguayo's TK/K class has been learning about dinosaurs. Today, they cracked open dinosaur eggs to see which baby dinosaur they would find. They sure enjoyed this fun activity,




Students from Mrs. Mack's sixth grade class have been learning about Greek mythology. Recently, they made Greek gods and goddesses out of bottles for their informational reports. Aren't these pretty cool?

The Force is strong with these students, as they build Star Wars Lego sets in Mr. and Mrs. Dynes' after school Lego club. Most impressive!




For social emotional learning, every day, Mrs. Ramirez's class has their morning meeting where students greet each other and they talk about their monthly character trait focus.


More students enjoying their after school club. This time, it's an Arts & Crafts club. What a great way to end the school day!



Mesa families. Did you know that we have a FREE after school program? It’s called “Think Together.” They provide after school snacks, homework help, enrichment, and fun. It runs Monday through Friday, from 3:00-6:00 pm. Students do NOT need to stay the entire time. Yesterday, we had parents show up to help create "Autism Acceptance" bags for all of our students. This was after they participated in an "Autism Acceptance" training with our own fabulous teacher, Mrs. Lindenmuth. Thank you to all for making this a great event.


Congratulations to the imagination team students! These kiddos worked very hard and had to go through a lot to get their projects and presentations done.
Mesa's students won:
2nd place for k-3 Eco carnival ride
1st and 3rd place for 4-6 Eco carnival ride
And 1st place overall for 4-6th grades
Way to go, Mesa!
